Free Goods Fulfillment | Unfulfilled Batches | How to Undo a Declined Credit

To undo a declined credit, follow the six steps below:

 

1. Click on Fulfilled Batches Tab

 

2. Locate the batch with the denied credit and then click on its Batch Description

 

 

3. Scroll to the bottom where the denied credits are located & click the Program Name

 

4. Click the Location name

​

5. Select Undo Decline

6. Confirm that you want to Undo Decline

 

 

 

 After the decline is removed, the redemption will move back into the same batch in the Unfulfilled Batches section.
