Free Goods Fulfillment | Unfulfilled Batches | How to Decline a Batched Redemption

From the Unfulfilled Batches section, you can decline a redemption by following the steps below:

1. Click Unfulfilled Batches on your Unfulfilled Free Goods dashboard



 

2. Find & Select the Batch Description that houses the redemption you want to decline.

In this example, there is only one option, but for you there may be several, so make sure you choose the correct one.

 


3. Locate the item in the batch and click on the Program Namof that item

 

 

4. Select the Location Name where the card was redeemed

 


5. Review the card information; if the selected card is the one you wish to decline, click Decline/Reject Reward Credit

 


6. When you login to your Distributor Portal, you will see a "Declined Credits Resubmitted" line appear under your Unfulfilled Free Goods or Unfulfilled Rebates on their respective dashboards once a retailer has corrected and resubmitted a declined credit.


7. Make sure to keep an eye on the declined credits tab. Once a retailer resubmits a declined redemption, it will show a green "Resubmitted on DD/MM/YYYY" at which point you can click the green "Reset for Fulfillment" box if the retailer made the necessary changes.

When asked by the pop-up "Are you sure you wish to reset this item for fulfillment?" Press "Okay" if you are sure and the redemption will get sent back to "Unbatched Free Goods" and be ready for a new batch.
