Rebate Unfulfilled | How to Decline a Batched Redemption

1. Go to the Rebate Dashboard:



2.  Click Unfulfilled Batches on your Unfulfilled Free Goods dashboard




3. Find & Select the Batch Description that houses the redemption you want to decline.

 





4. Locate the item in the batch and click on the Program Name of that item

 

 

5. Select the Location Name where the card was redeemed

 


6. Review the card information; if the selected redemption is the one you wish to decline, click Decline/Reject Reward Credit. 

 

Resubmitted Decline Redemption


7. Make sure to keep an eye on the Declined/Held Credits tab. Once a retailer resubmits a declined redemption, it will show a green "Resubmitted on DD/MM/YYYY" at which point you can click the green "Reset for Fulfillment" box if the retailer made the necessary changes.


When asked by the pop-up "Are you sure you wish to reset this item for fulfillment?" Press "Okay" if you are sure and the redemption will get sent back to "Unbatched Free Goods" and be ready for a new batch.
