Free Goods Fulfilled Batches | How to Decline a Redemption
From the Fulfilled Batches section, you can decline a redemption by following the steps below:
1. Go to your Free Goods Dashboard.
2. Click Fulfilled Batches on your Free Goods dashboard
3. Find & Select the Batch Description that houses the redemption you want to decline
4. Locate the item in the batch and click on the Program Name of that item
5. Select the Location Name where the card was redeemed
6. Review the card information; if the selected card is the card you wish to decline, click Decline/Reject Reward Credit
7. Select the reason for the decline and click on Decline Credit. When declining a credit, the retailer will receive an email notifying them of the declined credit.
