Rebate Fulfilled Batches | How to Decline a Redemption
1. Go to your Rebate Dashboard.
2. Click Fulfilled Batches on your Rebate dashboard.
3. Find & Select the Batch Description that houses the redemption you want to decline
4. Locate the item in the batch and click on the Program Name of that item
5. Select the Location Name where the card was redeemed.
6. Click Decline/Reject Reward Credit.
7. Select the reason for the decline and click on Decline Credit. When declining a credit, the retailer will receive an email notifying them of the declined credit.
