Rebate Unfulfilled | How to Unbatch a Single Redemption

1. Go to the Rebate Dashboard

 
2. Go to Unfulfilled Rebate Credits. 

3. Click the Batch Description where the redemption in question is located. 

4. Click on the Program Name listed next to the item that needs to be removed

 

5. Click the Location Name affiliated with the redemption that needs to be removed.

 

6. Click on Unbatch Rebate button. 

This will now move the single redemptions back to your Rebate Unbatched section.
