Rebates Unbatched | How to Reassign Retailer Programs to Temporary Holding


This option is intended only if you do not service a retailer for a particular brand(s). This option changes the distributor on the retailer's program to Temporary Holding. 

1. Check only the boxes next to the retailer's redemption you want to remove from your portal.

 


2. Click Re-assign Checked Credits to Temporary Distributor.


 



3. Include a reason for the reassignment in the text box for the retailer (optional). If you are satisfied with the reassignment selection, click Re-assign Free Goods.



If you notice that you accidentally selected redemptions that you do not wish to move, click Cancel to go back to Unbatched Rewards. Then you can uncheck anything that you do not want to move and try the above steps again. 

After you reassign the redemptions to Temporary Holding, an email is sent to inform the retailer that you set their program to Temporary Holding, so they know they need to update their fulfillment partner.
