2. Locate the Batch Report under the Unfulfilled Batches section of your Rebate Dashboard. 

3. Click the Batch Description of the report that needs to be unbatched.

4. Verify that the redemption in the batch you selected is what you want unbatched; if it is, click the red button labeled "Unbatch Rewards" located on the top right.
