Free Goods Unfulfilled | How to Unbatch a Single Redemption
1. Go to the Free Goods Dashboard
2, Go to Unfulfilled Batches.
3. Click the Batch Description where the redemption is located.
4. Click on the Program Name listed next to the item that needs to be removed.
5. Click the Location Name affiliated with the redemption that needs to be removed.
6. Click on Unbatch Reward button.
This will now move the single redemptions back to your Rebate Unbatched section.
