Free Goods Fulfillment | Unfulfilled Batches | How to Unbatch a Redemption after Undoing a Decline

After reversing a decline, you can unbatch the redemption by following the four steps below:

 

1. From the Unfulfilled Batches section, find and click on the Batch Description

 

2. Locate the item in the batch you wish to unbatch, click on the Program Name

 

3. Find the redemption, click on the Location Name

 

4. Push the Unbatch Reward button, and the item will return to the Unbatched Batches section.
